Jordan voices full support for S. Arabia against terror attacks

AMMAN – Jordan on Monday expressed its full support for Saudi Arabia in defending its territories from any terrorist attacks, noting Jordan and Saudi Arabia are intertwined in security and stability.

Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi made the remarks after meeting with his visiting Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, according to a statement by Jordan's foreign ministry.

The talks between the two ministers focused on advancing cooperation between Jordan and Saudi Arabia in economic, investment, development and environmental fields and their coordination and communication in regional issues in the common interests of the two kingdoms.

They also discussed efforts for a comprehensive and fair two-state solution to the Palestinian issue and a political solution for the crisis in Yemen.
