The Indian airline said an additional flight will be sent to Karachi to bring the passengers to Hyderabad.

This is the second Indian airline to make an unscheduled landing in Karachi in two weeks.

On July 5, a SpiceJet aircraft flying from the Indian capital Delhi to Dubai was diverted to Karachi's airport due to a malfunctioning indicator light. The passengers on board later left for Dubai in a replacement flight sent from India.
